Is there a charge for reserving a terrace?
Lagoon allows family groups of 25 or more to reserve a terrace free of charge. Please note that terraces are very limited and are reserved on a first come first serve basis.
Is the reservation for the entire day?
Your reservation will be for the entire day.
Are there power outlets?
Most of our terraces are equipped with power.
Is water available at all terrace locations?
We have limited locations that are equipped with water.
Are glass containers allowed on the park?
We're sorry but for safety purposes we ask that you leave all glass containers at home.
Is there sound and/or speakers available?
We can provide microphones and speakers for groups of 75 or more.
Are grills available so we can make and distribute our own meal?
If you are planning on cooking & serving a meal we ask that you bring your own grill, plates, silverware, etc. Lagoon does not provide these items.
How do we pay?
Lagoon will send you discounted coupons. Simply distribute them to your family members and allow them to pay at the gate.
How much are tickets?
The family rate for the 2009 season is $34.00 + tax per person. (Regularly $41.95 + tax).
Are down payments needed?
Your family members will pay individually for their passes so no down payment is needed.
Do you offer any meal options for family groups?
Lagoon offers Meal Deal Tickets through the Marketing office. These tickets are $8.50 each and are good for a full combo meal of your choice.
They can be redeemed at multiple locations on the park. They are valid any day during the 2009 season, but are not refundable.
Is there a minimum number of people required to get the family reunion discount?
The minimum number of people to receive the family discount is 25 people.
